GPDocs
GPDocs is a smart online system for managing general practice policies and procedures. We provide a core set of documentation, work with each practice to tailor it to their circumstances, and publish it to an individualised, password protected website. This is backed up with regular emails advising practices of any upcoming changes to legislation or accreditation standards, and reminding them which topics are up for review next. We then take care of all changes, updates, and ongoing research to keep their policies and procedures up-to-date - freeing up staff to focus on patients, not paperwork.

Capital & Coast District Health Board
The Preferred Medicines Working Group at Capital & Coast District Health Board (CCDHB), working in partnership with senior clinical staff, is responsible for producing and maintaining the Preferred Medicines List (PML). The PML is a collaborative venture between CCDHB and Hutt Valley DHB and is designed to guide junior medical staff of all disciplines within the hospitals with diagnoses and clinical decision-making. The PML has to be 100% accurate, up-to-date, and easy to access and use.
The Streamliners team works with clinicians and an editorial group at Capital & Coast to plan the document architecture (for publication to paper, web, and smart phone), design the templates for each publishing format, manage the content in a single-source database, publish it, manage feedback, and perform reviews and updates.
